  9:30 to 10:30 am: Level 1-2: In the spirit of sun salutations, find the stamina within while developing grace and flexibility.

  11:00 to noon: All Levels: FUN-damentals of yoga with an emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment. We will move though through a series of poses, connecting movement to breath. Warm the body, calm the mind, and open the heart. Classes are located in the gallery at Rebus Works.
